Lady Lux Grohe faucet is the easiest faucet to remove.

Remove handle, disconnect and remove hose, remove spout by pulling on it straight up - all done from above. Unhook h/c water supplies from the faucet and hose ( this is the only deinstalation done under the sink ). Now from above: take Grohe supplied plastic wrench, insert it to the hole where spout was and keep turning until you hear the nut to fall down. Pull on the faucet straight up and remove it.

If you don't have the plastic Grohe wrench, you can call Grohe and buy one for couple of dollars. Otherwise, you will have to unscrew the nut under the sink with basin wrench. That's lot less fun.

    Hope that helps
