I have a pea sized flesh coloured nose piercing bump and it has subsided for a month now I don't know what to do I have been doing the soaks.It's occasionally itchy and a little bit sore when I scrunch my nose I have no clue if it's a keloid or hypertrophic scarring

Inside your nose or outside? My daughter had one inside - it was a pimple of sorts, soaked it, cleaned it out, it's been fine ever since.
