Should I vent a toilet and shower line that's downstrem of a vented sink?

Proper venting - I am connecting a toilet and shower to a 3" main drain line, downstream of a lav that has a 2" vent. Lav - Vent - Toilet - Shower - Septic. Do I need to vent the toilet and/or shower or will the 2" lav vent suffice? Thanks. Grant

The shower is in my basement & The drain goes to a tank in the slab for up-flush..

I am in the process of having a stall shower installed and the handyman has cut a large hole in the wall to get the shower handle through the side of the shower. This hole will be covered up by the metal covering for the shower handle but I'm concerned that there's such a large hole under the cap....

Question: Current shower drain (2" pipe) runs 5 feet, under slab, to vent stack (5" cast iron vent pipe) of toilet. Will need to move the drain 3ft to wall for new tub.
