Of course, I will get someone to come by and get an estimate, but I don't know if I will even be wasting their time. I'd like to get this done under $4000 or so. I also live in a condo, I don't know in general how the average condo association would react to such a thing, but I will soon find out....

Can a existing wet line with a vent exiting on the upper part of the wet pipe be used for a 2nd bathroom being contemplated for a 2nd floor farmhouse. Both the wet line and waste vent are both located in the basement. They were installed for a first floor bathroom. Please see attached pictures.

I have Moen (I do not know P/N ? Head with Push &Pull single handle .I have no cold water going out to spout & shower head but I get hot water.Do you have any idea to help? Other my bathroom is same brand Moen is working fine . Thanks
