    Mystery signature on watercolor painting
My family has a watercolor painting whose artist is unknown due to a mysterious signature. I have attached a copy of the painting and a close-up of the artist signature.
I have searched the internet with many iterations of the spelling. My main problem is --- am I dealing with a last name beginning with "W" or one beginning with "H".
Maybe someone out there recognizes the style of the artist and can give me some leads.
Sincerely, Ed Hodges, retired teacher from San Jose, CA
