I have to take egt test for probation and I was told it goes back 80 hrs. I have been drinking for about 3 days not consistently but off and on! Being this is the last days I'll be drinking because of having to start the test 4 times a month! My question is as long as I give myself 80-90 hrs. between now and my first egt test should I be OK??

Probably, but not definitely. There is no guarantee but you probably will be ok.

You get to schedule when you're tested? That's what it sounds like based on your post, that you get to decide how long since your last drink before you're tested. That's really unusual. Testing isn't done based on when the person on probation deems it can be done, it's done when they want it done, not when it's convenient for you.

This question doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I know a few people who have tried it, and they all have slipped up, and miscalculated along the way, so my question is why take a chance? Too many slip ups, and you know they will violate you. Yes some get away with it for a while, knowing when they will test but that's a set up to mess up and I highly recommend you play this straight, and get off your probation.

Consider, you messed up to get on probation, don't mess up while on probation. Make sense?
