I would like the blue prints for the sewer line on my property
I am concerned that the city is about to make a road on the hill behind my house making this private area open to greenback for sewer access. My concern is that they will destroy an area where deer and wild life come. There is little place for them to go now. This is one spot that they still come. Near Lake Natoma.

Not sure what that has to do with sewer lines, but you need to contact your local road agency. They can tell you a) if the plans exist and b) what you can do to make sure the environment is protected.

As for sewer lines, plans should be obtainable from the local building dept.

Sorry about the proposed development behind your house. It is never good to have City to build a road adjacent to residential property.

From my experience, City does not have nor keep blueprints of sewer lines on private properties. Only record they will have is a record of City Sewer on City property plus sewer laterals that terminate at property line at each lot on the street.

To obtain record of the city sewer and a your ateral , you can go to your local Building Department, department of Street Maintenance and they will show you blueprint of your street indicating location and depth of all laterals.

    Hope that helps
