    Windows xp style appearance
    I can't get the xp style buttons back on my desktop, the xp choice has disappeared from the drop-down lists in the "display properties" window. It used to be there, don't know where it went. Help. noboat

    Please try the following:

    Left click on a blank space on the taskbar at the bottom of your desktop.

    Right click on properties.

    You should have options then visible for the taskbar and the start menu then available.

    Another thing to try would be to right click on a bland space on the desktop and right click on properties.
