    York stellar heater
    My heater works but won t turn by itself. I need to turn the "emergency switch" off and on a few times before it will come on. Replaced the control module. No change. What else could it be? Need help.

    Small white box at bottom. HE I furnace control mod. Has light to diagnose problem..

    It sounds like you might have a line voltage problem. Check all connections between the breaker panel & the furnace. Be sure to turn off the breaker before working on any line voltage connections. Problem could be in the switch. They are cheap & easy to replace.
