    Heat pump blows 3 amp fuse
    Recently we had a bad storm in Florida after the storm I noticed the 3 amp fuse keeps blowing when turning the stat to heat.

    I have a carrier model FB4C any advice for a novice would be much appreciated.

    I would go to the heat pump and take a look at all the low voltage wiring. Sound's like you have a short out there.
