Cancelling an LLC - please advice
    Hi,
We own an LLC and plan to stop operations end of this year, 2014.
We did some business this year so I have a few questions:
    1. Should we file the tax return marked as 'FINAL' for 2014 next year, i.e. early 2015?
    2. If yes, should we then submit the Form LLC -4/7 next year and not this year?

    Thanks
