    Name of movie
    Young couple moves to the suburb and they had trouble with teenage kids in the neighborhood, the kids were doing burn outs, staying out late, tormenting the new couple. The kids ended up killing the new couples dog. When they confronted the parents, noting was done cause the parents were scared of their own children. The new couple snapped and took a bat , smashed up the kids cars.The cars were all hot rods.. This movie was like in1975-1980

    Any help on a name? Actor played in hart to hart (He was the man who snapped)

    The actor was Robert Culp, not Robert Wagner but I see why you might have been confused. Anyway, the film you are talking about is Outrage (TV Movie 1973) - IMDb
