    Moen Cartridge removal
Has this issue been resolved? Does Moen now have the proper tool? Mine will be in the mail next week and I don't want to wait only to find it's the wrong tool. :( I have to replace the cartridge in my wife's tub and the cartridge is seated way down in the sleeve and nothing reaches in to grab it. I spent hover an hour on the phone with them, many hours in my Home Hardware and hours at Home Depot , where I purchased these expensive taps 6 years ago... :(
    Please help

Moen does have a cartridge puller but it is only necessary if the "O" rings have swollen and the cartridge cannot be remove by hand.
Have you remove the little horse shoe clip that holds the cartridgte in?
