Goodman unit no heat

Air not cold and heat not hot just cool air and outside unit is runnig

What kind of unit? Gas, heat pump? You didn't tell us much to go on.

The fan will stop after aprox 5 - 10 minutes. The motor was replaced, same issue. Then the tech bypassed the defrost relay, same issue. Then he wired straight to the contactor with same issue.
