    Does an individual working in the US on a L1B Visa pay payroll taxes, Medicare, SS?
    I have an individual coming from the UK to the US on a L1B Visa. Will he be subject to federal, state, social security, medicare payroll taxes?

    Yes. The L-1B visa is a work visa, so the foreign worker is taxed just like a U.S. citizen.
