Generator will not start any more
I have had no issues with my generator until this last power outage. It started to run rough and black smoke then died. So I checked oil. It seemed to have gas in the oil. Very thin. It was pouring out when I checked it.
My question : Can gas get in the oil? What seems to be my problem? Any help would be appreciated.

I have drained all oil out but have not done anything else yet.I think I need advise first.
I hope to fix this before the next outage.
    Thx

Sounds like needle valve in carb is stuck.
Removed carb check or replace needle valve.
