    You need to stop smoking crack and then go through your dentist. Teeth cannot be whitened if there is no enamel. Crack ruins your enamel.

    I'm surprised if someone has teeth left at all to whiten, if they smoke crack... Crack does a number on teeth and not only that, most crack heads just forget to brush anyway.

    Seriously... stop the crack. As was mentioned... that damage is permanent once its done.

    For a while, professional cleaning at the dentist can help.

    After some point, they can no longer be whitened

    Time for Veneers!!

    Yeah, quit smoking crack dude, the teeth are the least of the problems to come... I know how fun it is, but it isn't worth it.
