I was having problems with my 1981 el camino cutting off when I would slow down. I cleaned egr ports and valve. I also replaced the ignition control module as suggested on Askmehelpdesk. I started the car and let it run for a while. I pressed the acdelerator to "break" the choke and it cut off....
