    Bath room faucet barely drips!
I just purchased this 1959 home. My son replaced the faucet in the one bathroom because it was barely dribbling water, no pressure at all! I thought perhaps it was plugged because I got some hot but hardly any cold water. After he replaced the faucet and the hoses it worked great for about a week, now it is doing the same thing only worse. Now I don't even get any hot water! I can't get the nozzle off the new faucet to see if it is plugged. It really seems like the whole thing is plugged off. What do you think is going on?
    Thanks!

By that I assume you mean the aerator.

Wrap several wraps of tape around the aerator and use a pair of pliers to remove the aerator.

If the shower is on you can't get water to come out of any sink faucets? Barely drips [ 1 Answers ]

If someone is taking a shower you can't even wash your hands in the sink because there's barely any water coming out. It could be the bathroom sink or the kitchen sink. If someone flushes the toilet you loose almost all the water in the shower for a few minutes. I've checked the water valve at the...

Old outside faucet drips [ 7 Answers ]

Outside faucet drips when turned off. I can't get the nut loose to try to put in a washer. When I try to loosen it, the whole faucet wants to turn and I am afraid I will break it. It is probably about 30 years old.

Window AC barely cooling my room. [ 7 Answers ]

This is the problem I am having. It's hot and I want to use my AC and it turns on normally but doesn't do much of a job of cooling my room, in fact it doesn't really cool it down much at all. I will give yesterday as an example. It reached about 99F outside and with my AC on full blast I was...

Faucet spout drips [ 9 Answers ]

This sounds simple but it isn't. The strainer is new with new washers so that isn't it. We took off the strainer and it still leaks. We shut the water supply and took off the two handles and they look fine, unless they have to be screwed off. They are clear plasic handles with screws on...
