    Green card student to attend college internationally
    My grandson (Canadian Citizen) holds a green card. If he attends a College in Canada for 4 years and comes back to the US to work for 4 month every summer plus Christmas break for 2 weeks will he lose his green card status?

    No, he will not lose his green card, unless he does not report back to the US periodically.
