    Sound is muffled in one ear
    About a week ago I had a sinus infection. My ear hurt like crazy the entire time. After a shower during this time I put a towel to my ear to clean it out and all of a sudden it felt muffled and clogged. It's been like this since then. I think I may have pushed wax deep into my ear but I fear it may be asymmetrical hearing loss. No popping sounds as of yet and no pain at all, just muffled sound and a Stuffed ear feeling. Any ideas as to what the issue is?

    Sinus blockage, Eustachian tube infection. Doubt hearing loss. Go to see an otologist.
