    Leaking water cooler under warranty
I purchased a water cooler from home depot on June 2, 2014 It started to leak recently from the top where the bottle sits on the cooler, almost like it is overflowing. Not a lot but enough to puddle on the wood floor. It is still under
Warranty. I had called in and they said that we should take a picture of the
Water cooler. Which I did and I also have the receipt. We do have the
Standard size bottle and a piercing top so it should not be leaking. The girl
Said I would have to pay for the new top piece. It is to that old and should not be leaking I do not see any reason it should be leaking but it does and I feel you should make good, other wise what is a warranty for? Please get back to me to let me know what I should do next. Thank you Rose Marie
