Need a manual,checked everywhere on web. Engine is B&S model 130902 5HP type 0146 02 No spark but good compression won't fire any correct thoughts. Does it have a magneto with dual points under the flywheelflywheel I found the single set of points conneectted to the condenser under the flywheel and adjusted. Also adjusted the air gap on the ignition module but still no spark. Any ideas?
