What kind of a to d converter do I need?
    Hi there,

I'm trying to put together an experimental setup to capture blood flow using doppler probes. I need to capture the signal into a proprietary software, which is running on a PC computer. My understanding is that I need a to D converter.

The doppler machine I am using is the DWL Doppler Box (http://www.s127982125.online.de/script/show.php?page=0020&lang=en&start=), which has analog output via what looks to be VGA connectors. There are two doppler probes so I need an ADC that has two inputs.

A sample setup I looked at connects the Doppler Box to a USB-BNC box (by Datatranslate), but that seems quite expensive. I am unfunded so my maximum limit for this piece of equipment is around $200. The sampling rate of the doppler machine is somewhere between 300-800 I think.

Any suggestions on what kind of ADC I can purchase to suit my needs?

    Thanks so much!
