    Mostly A SCAM.,.

    There is probably somebody by that name, somewhere.

    Whether he is the one who is trying to scam you, or whether he is a barrister, is doubtful.

    Common scams use real peoples names, so being or not being a real person, means nothing,

    We have to assume, someone is offering you a lot of money free,?
