    Hampton Bay Windward IV
    Bought brand new 2 weeks ago. Fan and light were working perfectly. Fan still works but no light. Fan and light are remote control operated. Checked installation and dip switches and all is correct.

    Any ideas?

    I do apologize for the delay I responding to you.

    Absent any real connection information from you and give that the fan is so new, I would return it to the store as a new defective product.
