    I'm 24 weeks pregnant with twins and my dr said no intercourse.
    I'm 24 weeks pregnant with twins and my doctor said no intercourse. Does this mean no orgasms?

    Generally when no intercourse is the recommendation, this includes orgasm. It can, however, depend on your particular situation. Do you know specifically why you were told no intercourse? The main concern with orgasms is uterine contractions. If there is concern about premature labor, for example, your doctor would be including no orgasms in the recommendation.

    Since you are unsure of the specifics, give them a call tomorrow to find out.
