Is the $300 total rent? Do you have a lease? Are you behind in rent?

You can not pay, just part of the rent is the 300 all the rent due?

But, he will have to file eviction notices in the court, before he can evict you

But the main question, how much rent do you still owe him

We need more details here. When is rent due? How much is the rent? Where do you live (Any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area). What help are you looking for? Who did you file a complaint with?

BTW, you can get very good help here, but you have to be patient. This is not an instantaneous response. You post your question and wait for people to see it and respond.

Also if you want help you need to provide more details.

If you paid only partial rent, yes, he can evict you, regardless of how often you paid that way in the past.
