Discharge can range from clear to milky. This is normal. If you're still getting your periods and they're normal then you're not pregnant. Has your diet and/or exercise routine changed significantly in the last month? You're putting on weight, but it isn't pregnancy fat. I would go to your doctor and get checked out. The change could just be a minor change in the normal flora in your vagina canal, nothing to be concerned with, but the upper abdominal cramps could be a sign of something wrong with your digestive system. Best bet is to get it checked out.

As CreavenMorhead stated... also... you can't possibley be showing froma pregnancy for at least 4 months. You swallow things whole larger than a fetus would be before then.

The stomach getting larger can be either gas...or weight gain.

Odds are that you aren't pregnant, but see your doctor to rule out a possible pregnancy. Some women will have what they believe to be periods in pregnancy, most often early on.

As was said, what you have been experiencing could be due to other possible causes, but of course knowing for certain, one way or the other, regarding pregnancy will ease your mind, and your doctor can check for other possible causes if he or she feels it is necessary.

Regarding looking about 3 months pregnant, that is actually possible. Three months pregnant is not very large, but can be enough to be noticed. Many women will start to get a small bump showing above their pubic bone, as the uterus can start to rise enough to be noticed at about that time. It can also depend on the position of your uterus and how many pregnancies a woman may have had. These factors can play a role in how soon, or how late, someone starts to show in a pregnancy.
