    501 c 3 rules and regulations for supporting a candidate for an election
    Our hospital has supported a candidate for Judge on one of their fliers advertising a Health Fair. Is this legal?

    A 501(c)(3) charity may not support or oppose any political candidate for election. This could result in denial of their tax-free status.
