Halloween movie
I saw a movie around Halloween and it may have been on the family channel. It took place on a family farm in the 1700's or 1800's. There was a teen boy and his sister and the boy rode a palomino horse. He was interested in a local girl and so was another boy who was a bully. It seems that it might have been loosely based on The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. I saw it in the 2000's.
