How to trim corner of fiberglass whirlpool tub
Have corner tub that we can't get upstairs of house. If we trim the corners of the fiberglass enamel like material we could get into place. How to cut this stuff without harming the integrity of tub.

The enamel, actually a gel coat, is decorative. You can trim it and then get some epoxy or porcelain touch up and cover the cuts.

Thank you. I went to hardware store and got some epoxy & porcelain touch-up. Will try this tomorrow.

It is a 60x60 corner tub. I can get it through doors and partially up the stairs. But it is actually 63 inches from corner to corner and on the stairs those extra 2-3 inches prevent it from going any further. I am going to trim the enamel and should be able to then get it upstairs and installed.
