    Leaky pips
    Will propoxy20 and flex steal brite prevent my pipes from leaking? This is just a cover up from what was done before, and a way for my landlord to take the cheaper way out. This is a leak that has been on going since I lived here. He just now decided to go into the Walls and found the old rusted pipes, fixed it with what I described.

    You have told us everything except what pipe is leaking, Drainage or water pipe,m Did the landlords repair hold up? Back to you, Tom

    Where do you live? THere are some countries where the tenant is responsible for plumbing repairs dependent upon the lease. (its written into many leases in Italy for example because I've seen more than a few)... but many others the landlord is.
