What's the name of a British film about serial killer who kept his victims in darkness? His name was Jimmy,and his mother used to keep him in a dark room while punishing him in a childhood. In the end, he kidnapped a young policewoman.The movie was filmed in London in the end of 1990s or the beginning of 2000s, or probably that was an episode of TV series. I'm not 100% sure.

ALl I can remember of this movie is that is has a kid in it that plays chess, and there's a serial killer murdering people and it has something to do with chess moves, I think Donald Sutherland is in it but I for the life of me can't recall the name,. :(
