What depth does sewer pipes need to be buried in New York (Steuben County)
We are burying a new sewer pipe up to our septic system. The sewer pipe will be handling a sewer pump system.

Your permitting dept. should be able to tell you. It will depend on length of pipe.

if your septic tank is in place then the depth of the drain pipe is already determined. Living in New York all outside pipes should be located under the frost line. Good luck, Tom
