I have a regular 28 day cycle with 6 days regular period 2 being very heavy and the other 3 being light with the 7th day spotting. I had intercourse on the highest day ovulation, then had intercourse again a week later. We have been trying to conceive for 2 years now since my last miscarriage which was November of 2012. My period was supposed to start on the 3rd of September but instead started on the 1st of September. Since my period started, I have had 1st day being very light, second day was a medium and 3rd day being supper light. Today is the 4th day and I am spotting. I have taken 3 pregnancy test (one step strips) one the day before my period started, and 2 today and they all came back negative. I do not have insurance hic is why I have not gone to an ob gyn. I have also been very tired and seem to have pregnancy symptoms. Would you say could be pregnant or is it just my cycle/ body changing?

Could be pregnancy but could also be PMS brought on by the hormones of your period. Wait for another two weeks and test. There isn't usually enough of the hormone in your system to test positive until two weeks after a missed period.

That being said, and I hate to put this seed of doubt in your mind, but it could be that your period is just wonky. It happens. Has there been anything else unusual during this cycle? As well if you're trying to conceive then just having sex during what you assume to be your ovulation period could be what is holding you back. Having sex every two or three days will give you a higher chances, especially if you don't ovulate when you think you do.
