Can my ex take me to court
Hi I wondered if anybody can help me.
My ex girlfriend gave me £6000 3 years ago when I was going through some difficulty. When she gave me the money I did say to her I had no means to pay her back and I accepted it as a gift. A few months after we split up.
Now 3 years later she's texted and said she wanted the money back.
Can she take me to court even though it wasn't a loan ?

Sure she can but she will have to make a case it was a loan, and not a gift. Whether she can convince a judge is debatable but she does have the right to try.
