Need a crank replacement handle item# D09
I need a replacement crank for my Butterfly Freedom Umbrella. Where can I order this part?
We recently bought a used offset umbrella. It kept falling over and the crank broke off. How can we convert it from offset to a regular umbrella that fits through the hole in the table?
Our son turned the crank one too many times and now the umbrella is open and the handle just turns and turns. It seems like something broke in the crank but we are not sure. Can the crank be replaced? If so is it a difficult job?
To change the pulley rope and fasten it properly you need to get into the crank housing where the rope is coiled. How do you get in there? I can't even get the crank off. Right now it looks like sailboat rigging with the rope on the outside.
