    You think it's that easy? Or there is one universal form that fits every situation?

    If he's here illegally... its already magnitudes more difficult. Its going to cost thousands before its over, its going to take years... and even then he might be refused entry, ever.

    You need to give more information. For starters, how did he enter (through a border crossing, or jumped over the fence)?
