Does it matter which capacitor connectors?
I have dual run capacitors on my A/C unit.

There is a brown-ish red wire going to connector with the word "FAN". And a Blue wire going to the connector with the word "HERM". And 2 yellow wires going to the connector with "C" (compressor?)

There are 2 'legs' on the connector with the word "FAN", 3 'legs' on the connector with "HERM" and 4 'legs' on the connector with "C".

My question is, does it matter which 'leg' the wires goes to?

Like for example, does it matter the brownish-red goes to A or B in the picture below?

    Thank you

    No.

Capacitor is two capacitors in one can.

"C" stand for common. It is common to both capacitors.

One yellow wire should be coming from contactor to Common of capacitor. Other goes on to something else, probably compressor heater.
Blue wire goes from other side of one capacitor (the larger one) to compressor. "Herm" stands for hermetic compressor.
Brownish-red wire goes from other side of other capacitor (smaller one) to fan.

Does not matter which spade of the terminals you use. It is all one piece of metal.
