    In order to help you, you'll have to give more clues, i.e. does it hum when you press the start button? Can you hear a timer ticking? How about a start solenoid clicking? When you open the door and listen very carefully, is there the click of the door switch? Are you sure you have electricity at the outlet? (Don't laugh, seen it a dozens of times over the past 35 years :D )
    Also a "real" model number would help, it can be found on the cabinet after you open the door. The "600 series" doesn't mean anything to a technician, need a model number.
