    I have had my menstrual cycle 3times this month and this time it's dark red with clot
    Never before has this happened. Im worried about it. My tubes are tied they have been sense I was 21. I will be 35 aug 30th could this be a miscarriage or something more

    Since there can be a number of possible reasons for irregular bleeding, it would be wise to see your Gynecologist for an exam. Depending on the cause, if it is determined, it may be a situation of waiting to see if your body regulates itself, medication may be considered, or a medical procedure may be needed.
