Confused
I have been having unprotected sex for a few days and this was a week before my period was due, I still got my period as usual it just didn't last that long two three days but the test said no, I feel like I could be pregnant is it possible I could still have a baby?

You might. Wait for two weeks and try again. The problem with the early tests is that they are only 50% positive accurate. So you might test negative but there wasn't enough of the HCG hormone to test positive. Use your first morning urine. During this waiting time you might want to thing about contraception if you're not ready nor trying for a pregnancy.

Relax, it will come in time. It can take perfectly fertile couples many months, if not years, to become pregnant. Good luck!

If it wasn't an actual period, you could be pregnant. It could also just be an off period.
Wait and see what happens when your next period would be due. If you feel that you are experiencing possible signs of pregnancy in the next few weeks, you could always test at that time.
As CravenMorhead said, it can take many months for many couples to become pregnant and that can be perfectly normal.
