Multiple little brown spots under skin showed up on my palms overnight. What is this?
It looks like a possible fungus or mold. These spots are only one/sixteenth or less in diameter. There are about 30 to 40 of them total between both hands. I tried scratching at one of them to see if friction would cause a change. Looks like dry skin over the top of the spots. No effect on the spots though. These showed up overnight. I deliver beer and have to handle cardboard that has been sitting inside of coolers at gas stations and convenience stores. Is it possible that a fungus or mold came from these places and handling cardboard or product that has been sitting around for a month or longer?

It could be. It could be a viral infection. My wife had something similar just a while back but they never got a firm diagnosis before it went away. I would go to your doctor and get their opinion.
