    What to do
    I have been shaking all day and sweating can't eat or drink.

    If you can't eat or drink it's possible that your sugar is low.

    That is worrisome. You need to see a Dr. Low blood sugar will not prevent you from eating or drinking, but it will make you weak and shaky.
