    Yes. Nix can be used in place of prescription permethrin for treatment of scabies. Make sure you also sterilize your bed linens.

    @AntC. Yes, bed linens, towels, wash cloths and a thorough scouring of the toilet seat and lid and whatever is around the toilet. Anything that came in contact below the waist.

    You need to get the NIX dermal to treat scabies, not the NIX cream rinse used for shampooing the head.
