    12 week ultrasound
I had a 12 week ultrasound and the doctor didn't say much just that the baby was jumping around a lot and had long legs I am guessing he was busy due to the fact it was a whole 4 min visit my question is at 12 weeks is it normal for baby to have long legs I don't know I am just overly worried and am not sure what this means thanks

Sorry it took so long to get back to you but we are all just volunteers who take time out of our busy lives to help out here.

Most likely your doctor was just trying to reassure you that everything looks good at this stage I your pregnancy.

I agree with J_9, if he were at all concerned about baby's development or growth, his concerns and plan would have been discussed with you. Congratulations on your pregnancy!

There is a bit of a baby boom going on as a lot of people who are established, 25-35, are finally having kids. You're doctor probably has many patients all vying for his time. If this was just the doctor at the ultrasound clinic he'll probably just give the two second "It's good" or "It's not good". Your OB will probably talk about it more or answer any of your questions the next time you talk with them.
