    Heart issues
    I have had severe heartburn for the past few days, back pain, headache and feel sluggish.. Should I see a doctor or can I treat this with antacids?

    The downside is that some people who are actually having heart attacks have some of the same symptoms you are experiencing. It may not be heart issues, but you cannot afford not to find out what is causing these symptoms. See your doctor immediately. It may save your life.
