    Disposal drains outside
    There is a drain pipe end in the side if the house. Now I see that the garbage disposal and dishwasher are draining there. It is bad and the water just sits there and is starting to smell

    I'll bet you have a older home that at one time was on a septic system and is now converted to city sewer. Am I correct? Back to you, Tom
