    Interspousal transfer deed and mortgage
In my divorce in 2009, I granted my ex-husband an interspousal transfer deed to our house. At this time, I believe I'm still on the mortgage. What is my financial responsibility in this situation, and is it possible for my ex-husband to refinance or pay off the mortgage without my knowing about it? Thanks for any help.

If you signed a deed giving you husband full ownership, that did not change your obligation for the mortgage. If he did not refinance the mortgage, then you would still be on the hook for it.

If he is the sole owner of the property, then he would not need to inform you if he refinanced. However, the lender should send you a loan satisfaction if the loan was paid off. Of course, this was probably sent to the house address, so he might not have forwarded it.
